Drug info - Questions on products containing multiple active ingredients besides DXM

I have Vicks Nyquil tablets....I'm sure if I really wanted to, I could find something better to take then these, but meh. I'm wondering if these tablets will do anything to me...

I have 10 tablets...So this is the big picture if its all together...

But more importantly, no I dont think it would be safe with all of that tylanol(sp?) going to your liver. And I believe that 400 mg is needed for a good DXM trip, but dont quote me on that.

Get pure DXM and take 100mg for every 50lbs of body weight. //not to exceed 1gram//

i have heard that Acetaminophen can be very lethal which is a key reason to not using this method to get high but can someone tell me if this is false or what the toxic level of Acetaminophen is....thx

hey man at very most u should take more than 8000mg of acetaminophen... i wouldnt even get close to that tho.. its hard on the liver... and that pseudophedrine will mess up your trip and is real bad for u too... and kradle is right that other stuff will make u drowsy... i dont recommend this at all... u couldnt get to a good dose without being way over in the lethal does of the other ingredients... find a dxm only source there are plenty of them... dont use those period...

ya thanks for the info but i decided not to try as a precaution but i did manage to find some Delsym DM and it says "every 5 ml contains dextromethorphan polistirex equivalent to 30mg dextromethorphan hybromide" it doesnt say if theres anything else in it so does anybody know if this is a better thing to use??

Yes, Delsym is a MUCH better choice. What size bottle did you get? I
think there is a 3oz bottle and a 5oz. The 3oz bottle contains ~532mg
dxm polistirex and the 5oz bottle contains ~887mg dxm polistirex.

there is about40% of an 85 ml bottle but if its good stuff i could always buy a new bottle because i wanted to do it anyway

i have to measure it out but i think thers about
210 mg dxm in 35ml of delsym i have 34 ml if my approximation is correct.

i havent done it before and heard ppl say that they can trip off around 200 so what do you think?

thanks for the hydrobromide vs polisterix info too i had been wondering about that i do wonder if its possible to mabey put it in some water since its water soluable to break it down first then injest so ur body gets it faster to make more of it to convert to dxo, im an alltime begginer with this shit tho so i could be completely mistaken

You may or may not trip off of the 200mg of Delsym. My first trip ever
was 240mg using Triple C's. By the way, don't ever take triple c's
(coricidin, cough, & cold). It's a horrible source for DXM because
of the CPM in it. High doses of CPM can kill you.



Anyways, I tripped pretty damn hard off of 240mg. A small percentage of
people don't have the enzyme required to metabolize DXM, so they will
basically feel nothing at all. Some people may not react to small
doses, but large doses they will. A friend of mine can take 600mg and
feel nothing. He needs around 900mg to get any effects from DXM. 200mg
would be a good starting point. Take that, see how it goes, and then
maybe up the dosage a little bit next time. Check out this page at the Dextroverse
for some sources for just DXM products. Take some time and browse that
site for awhile, lots of good info on there. Also, check out RFG's "Beginner's Guide to DXM"

i found another bottle of delsym only a 150 ml this time but not too full so i checked and neither bottles where expired so i poured what was left of the bigger one into the smaller one and i have pretty much a full 85 ml bottle so im pretty sure that should do it for the first time

o and i also found a little buckleys childrens cough suppresant but it reminded me alot of the nyquil caps with alot of extra shit and only 7.5 mg of DXM per 5ml so i decided not to even use itEdited by: bcStoner420

look. its a lot fuckin safer to just take dxm only products. they are
abundant. theres a whole fucking list on erowid. i dont understand why
its so hard for people to just do a little research and get shit that
wont kill you. here is one example of a good dxm product. robitussin
cough gels. 15 mg per pill, 20 in a bottle, 300 mg per bottle so its
easy: 1 bottle to feel it, 2 to trip balls, 3 for complete ego loss and

Robitussin or Zicam or Vicks44 areAlot better scources of DXM than Nyquil. the amount of dxm you would need to even get a 1st platue trip would be putting your liver in serous danger AVOID:Nyquil in all forms Liqiuid/Softgel w/e.......unless you have a cold

A friend of mine's sister recently wanted to get high on some acetaminophen/codeine. She took several grams of the acetaminophen to achieve her goal with the codeine. They got her to hospital in an unconcious state. While the doctors and crew managed to counter the codeine with some injections of naloxone - there was nothing to be done regards the damage from the acetaminophen to her kidneys and liver. If she did live, she would be on dialysis for life. She never did regain consiousness and died three days later.

High doses of pseudoephedrine can cause irregular heartbeat, headaches, difficulty breathing, anxiety, and seizures. Though some people use pseudoephedrine recreationally, there is too much pseudoephedrine in these products to use them as a source for DXM.

The best thing to get is Robotussin Max Cough.Or you can get Robo Cough Gels. Those are themost used. There are some others out there but they are more mentholey and such. anyways, try that out and you will havea better time then what you would have with the original stuff u posted.
