Side effects - can marijuana cause depersonalization disorder?

SWIM has ocd and anxiety symptoms. a chronic symptom he has is depersonalization(detached nothing is real type of feeling) and just smoked some MJ and got drunk with a friend this weekend.

today the DP feels worse, however its a possibility that it is all in swims head and is focusing too much on the after effects of the weekend.

but this makes swim wonder, can marijuana be an actual CAUSE of depersonalization disorder? and swim is aware that MJ can make current DP symptoms worse, however is the worsening of symptoms temporary or permanent?

from the research that swim has done it seems like DP is never present without some type of trauma or anxiety disorder attached to it. so the DP is just a symptom.

is MJ safe every once in a while for swim? in reasonable amounts with strains of MJ that arent too strong or overpowering.
