Sores in your mouth, the day after rolling

swim has been wondering why he gets sores on the roof of his mouth after every time he rolls, sometimes its worse than other times. swim's friends have also noticed this when they roll, so it cant be a personal reaction for swim. do any of you other swimmers have this issue? does anybody know what causes it, because swim is rather curious to know what strange aspect of rolls would make sores in ones mouth.

How do the SWIMMER's ingest the molecule? The soft tissue of the palate is very sensitive to burns. Inhalation or taking straight crystal/chewing pills could be the cause.

Do ask SWIM.

SWIM gets this nearly every time he's been on E. It's because of the jaw clenching, he supposes, as he often bites his cheeks accidentally while chewing gum.

That's probably from prolonged sucking - a similar response to clenching. Eddie has been known to burn out his soft palate somewhat when on MDMA.

Re: Sores in your mouth, the day after rolling

It could be caused because of persistant motion between the tongue and the roof of the mouth, in a variation of the whole clenching side effect of MDMA.

What can be done to prevent this? SWIM has the sucking/constant swallowing problem when rolling and when on piperazines. He drinks juice or water constantly throughout the experience and he still suffers. He also takes a magnesium supplement beforehand. Any other suggestions?

There are two types of magnesium supplements. Magnesium Citrate, and Elemental Magnesium. SWIM believes that one is practically ineffective to prevent gurning and chewing.

Problem is, SWIM can't remember which one is needed, or how much to take as SWIM hasn't even bothered. Do look into that though, perhaps on a certain coloured light forum if there isn't much information here...
