Swim has started to use amphetamines again on a regular basis, mostly when swim goes out at weekends and alot of the time swim ends up dissapointed with the said drugs strenght as when swim used to go out in the lat 80's and early 90's this stuff would knock your socks off. When swim asked one of the other local fish why this was they where told that back then a certain cleaning chemical was used in the manifacturing proccess that was no longer available now so now people where looking for alternatives to give it the same kick. What swim wondered is this true or is it just that swim is to used this stuff.

If by "regular basis" SWIY means every weekend, and maybe a few times on special weeks, etc, he may be developing a tolerance. SWIM found this out when taking his prescribed Adderall for ADHD. He noticed that he can never, ever get as high or feel as good as he did the first time he took it. He started off at 25mg XR once daily, then 30mg, then 2x20mg, and now he is prescribed 2x25mg in the morning. This keeps his ADHD symptoms under control throughout most of the day, but he has noticed that he doesn't get any recreational effects anymore out of it, and the effects don't last as long. To summarize, I think using amphetamines recreationally every weekend, and sometimes during other special occasions during the week has made SWIY develop a bit of a tolerance; Maybe not a lot, but it's probably there.

As far as different cleaning chemicals used to manufacture the stuff, SWIM can believe there's truth behind that. Police everywhere are cracking down on home labs that produce amphetamines and amphetamine-like products. The buying and selling of products associated with amphetamines (including meth) like household cleaners, pseudoephedrine (allergy relief pills), etc is now closely monitored, whether SWIMmers believe it or not. It is just getting harder for potential home amp labs to: #1 get up and running, and #2 stay successful with no police suspicion.

Conclusion- What SWIY's friend said may or may not be true, but it makes since in SWIM's mind.

The speed my friend can get is fucking awesome and does blow your socks off,but thats here in scotland and i believe pretty much all amphetamines in the uk are imported from holland rather than 'homebrewed' so to speak......

Swim hears that "oldschool" thing ALL the time about meth/ amphetamines, especially. He knows several older, well respected, rich adults who enjoy partying with it every weekend in their mansion, hilarious as that sounds. They said it has only gotten far worse over time. They said it was best when the biker gang's made it in 70's/80's she said. They cracked down on some chemical critical in that synth, and then it kinda went "Poof!" she says. Harder to find, harder to get good. But some feel like the meth/amp tide will turn better soon. Who knows for sure.


Swim was sad one day when spent the whole day going through dealers trying to find amphetamine. No one had a clue what he meant or wanted.

Out here swim finds it everwhere, if swiy finds a coke dealer, he's found meth, if he's found a heroin hook, he's found coke and there-in-turn meth....Meth's just as popular as heroin and coke combined....The stuff from mexico isn't all that great, its good and gets swiy spun no doubt, but the home cooked stuff....GOD DAMN!....Probobly not as good as the biker gang's P2P meth, but its definitly Hydrophosphoric acid which in swim's and foaf and their friend's opinion, is the best dope swiy can find today.

Mauve Miaow knows how annoying weak speed is, when your expecting a big lift, and just get a burp.
Mauve miaows personal experience says tolerance is her biggest enemy, when it comes to speed.
Although conservative in her use, that strong stuff, was irresistable. MM didnt sample the old-skool stuff, just the stuff which smells like its come from the hardware store, and 48 hrs bouncing from a match head size mini-dollop, providing tolerance is at a mnimum.
*MM does not want to sound like a lecturer, as she has been known to have a fondness for this stuff.
