Culture - Best place (country) for ket?

swim was wondering, if they were planning a holiday somewhere and wanted to go to - let's call it the "K Heartland" - you know, where:

- the K quality is top notch
- dirt cheap
- readily available
- flows like cheap beer at a provincial teenage disco
- where it's illegal to NOT be in the k-hole daily

where might they consider? Of course, the above nirvana in it's entirety is probably an unlikelihood - but the closest thing to?

Swim has heard that Hong Kong is pretty good. Or would they need to be looking at somewhere like Mexico?

Any thoughts from intrepid Special-ists would be good

SWIM has been to Cambodia. He reckons they probably have far more equipment for dicing unwitting tourists than they might for the production of chemical substances.

India by far is the best place where swim has acquired the special stuff.

SWIM has been to cambodia and he didnt see any k whilst out there at all. a hell of a lot of H thou.

Hong Kong is pretty easy. SWIM and his mate found it in the first bar they went to, guys where racking up lines on the table.

SWIM reckons the mecca of K has to be without a doubt India. Goa has it by the ship load.

SWIM also rates the UK (wildcard!) as a good place

Hong Kong matches all bar one, and india defo meets all yer criterias without a doubt!
