Hi felows,

could anyone help with the following problem:

I got to assay triterpenes glicosides in cimicifuga racemosa.
I found a method to assay it, but this method assay both parts aglicones and glicosides.
To solve this problem I got to do a separation of triterpenes glicosides (aglicones part and heterosides parts) by a SPE, or liquid-liquid extraction, probablly.
So, does anyone know a method to separate this parts?
