Drug info - Just ordered some 'legal bud'

hey guys, im a noobie when it comes to all things drugs and have never taken drugs before however i decided to buy some legal alternatives and was wondering whether anyone else has decided to do this and what their reactions were when they tried it.

btw, silly question but when this comes how exactly do i smoke it, i mean do i mix it with some tobacco and roll it up in a spliff? or what ?? sorry for the really dumb question but this is my first time

Please be aware of the self-incrimination rules here at the forum, just for future reference. It's better to speak in the third person, even if it is legal drug activity. To be honest, those legal buds don't seem very appealing. They make a very weak substitute for cannabis at best. I guess the stuff can be rolled into spliffs or bonged.

Swim has never heard a good story about any cannabis alternatives other than maybe some people claim spice gold is a semi decent "worst case scenario substitute". What is supposed active ingredient in this "legal bud" product?

hey i just checked spice gold up and it looks like as close to the real deal as you can get and its cheap aswell!! may have to try it some time thnx for the tip

Well, that's one way to look at it I suppose. But imitation weed really is nothing like the real thing. To a seasoned weed smoker, smoking some of these "legal buds" are the equivalent of having sex with a blow-up doll.

Spice Gold actually does produce some effects as it contains various plants such as Blue Lotus that produce a sedative effect. It's not meant to taste great although.

SWIY may as well just get some real weed. This is known, and is relatively safe. No one has ever died on it, etc etc etc.
As for this legal bud... do you know what it is? Hell, whatever it is is probably not as safe as the real thing. Not saying it's UNsafe or trying to scare SWIY away from drugs or anything... but in SWIMs mind its still a drug, and SWIY may as well shoot for the real thing.. just because it's not "legal" doesn't mean squat.

No. The OP was referring to 'legal buds' available on the internet and from the back of old cannabis magazines. The 'buds' are simply plant material with no recreational value and no psychoactive ingredient. The user may catch a buzz from the oxygen deprivation of heavy smoking, but even that is questionable.

As for medicinal marijuana, it can be of very high quality, but it can also be of the same or lesser quality as that found on the streets. This is one of the primary complications that has arisen as a result of federal and state contradictions on marijuana laws, but this is a discussion for elsewhere. On that note, please go review the rules you pretended to read immediately. Price discussion in any capacity is not allowed at D-F outside of the sources forum. Legal buds are just a scam. There is no value in smoking these products. They will render no high. They can not be compared to the real thing, nor can they be compared to the new smoking blends like spice, zohai sx, chill xxx, etc.
The best that can be said about legal buds products is that they look similar to cannabis or to hashish.

Swim does not recommend Legal Buds, They tast terrible and usually burn Swims throat, The only timw swim got a buzz is when a mixture of cloves, tobacco and the bud was mixed together and hit from a bong.

Since all these legal buds contain no psychoactive chemicals at all, i dont feel bound to use "SWIM" and all that. The only purpose i can see for those "legal buds" one sees advertised in High Times and so forth are for shady dealers who wish to sell something that looks like pot to 7th graders. As for Spice and the new smoking blends that actually do something, different story.

so what's the difference, plain and simple? a side by side comparison from someone who's experienced both would be perfect. we all know the effects of weed, and what does this "legal" bud" do instead? I'm hearing both oh it's nice, but still not the same to a complete waste of time.
