Experiences - Fentanyl - 2 days of very light use

Ok, I figured I would post an experience report for SWIM on the (light) use of fentanyl, as this was SWIMs first time trying it, and there aren't too many reports on the substance.

Well, SWIM is no stranger to opiates, and has experience with heroin, oxycontin, hydrcodone, and so on. He never lets himself get too far in the hole with heroin, and maybe goes on binges ranging from a week to a few months.

So SWIM and his girlfriend acquired a 25ug/hour Mylan patch (2.55mg I believe) and split it in half.
They folded the patch halves in half so the sticky sides face outward and put it in between their gums and cheeks, and tried not to swallow the reservoir of saliva that built up (I believe fentanyl has poor oral bio-availability) - held it there for about 20 mins, when they started to feel it and took them out and saved them for later.

SWIm says it felt very "clean", almost as if it were a pharmaceutical heroin high, albeit the dose was pretty small (despite their opiate tolerance, they can always get a good buzz off very low opiate doses).
SWIM reported slight nausea, but overall the high was very good. It seemed very subtle, but at the same time it was quite powerful. It made for a very nice, relaxing night with bud and good ol' Law & Order.

Near the end of the night SWIM felt like he usually does on dope or oxy's in the sense that he knew when he woke up he would probably have to puke a bit. But this never happened. He felt perfectly fine the next day with no hangover.

The next day SWIM decided to try to get some more out of the patch, if there was any, while he was at work. Sure enough, he started feeling the effects in about 20 minutes, took it out and saved it for later (he got about 4 decent (light) buzzes from just a half - very surprising)
He had a pretty good buzz most of the day with this on/off patch strategy.

So about a day and a half of use.
Today, though, SWIM feels like he did heroin for about 5 days in a row. Slight body aches (lower back, knees, etc - almost identical to about a weeks worth of dope) - nothing sever, but SWIM is pretty surprised to have these symptoms after a day of fentanyl.

Overall, SWIM really enjoyed the high, and is sure he will try it again, especially due to the "cleanness" of it, and knowing it isn't from the street and cut with lord knows what.
He will have to be careful about longterm use, though, and will strictly keep it to a 1-2 day-in-a-row thing, judging by the after effects he got from just a day and a half.

So that's about it, nothing crazy to report, but figured I'd post SWIMs experience.

Still, if you are not an experienced opiate user, you probably shouldn't even look at a fentanyl patch. This stuff is no toy, and it can make heroin look like popping a coupe of your grandparent pain pills. So be very careful. Know your dose, know your mind.

swim got 2 boxes of 50ug and nobody around town really knew anything about them. another swimmer told swim of a fair price to tell his friends for them, but swim didnt have much luck getting rid of them because of the fact nobody knew much about them. swim put one on and it definitely did its job. felt warm and fuzzy and like nothing in the world could go wrong. after wearing the first one, wearing the second one didnt do much plus it wouldnt stay stuck on. swim didnt know what to do so he folded it in half with the good stuff facing outwards and put it between his ass cheeks. this worked very well too. did this with 2 patches then heard about smoking the gel. swim did this in a foil pipe and couldnt stop. ended up smoking the whole patch and then chewed on what was left in the packaging. swim got stuck to the bed and thought he was going to die. wanted to puke but couldnt even turn his head. couldnt even move. i guess swim fell asleep after some time and was VERY SICK the next morning.
