Opium addiction help pelase

So I went and took opium about 4 days in a row and now my body is aching an awful lot, mostly my wrists and shoulders. im drinking and ive got a mountin of seroquel for the nights, whats best for coming off should i go cold turkey or taper off, can it make it worse taking more? what about taking opium, alcohol and seroquel together can this hurt me? cheers dom.
