Question Vascular Constriction (HBWR)

Hypothetically speaking, how often could you take HBWR seeds without getting serious side effects from the vascular constriction it causes?

Re: Vascular Constriction (HBWR)

According to various sources SWIY should never take any dose more than once in a 5 day period.

SWIM tried several extraction methods (chemical extraction, water extraction, etc) and every time got nothing more than serious nausea, dizziness, and diarrhea. SWIM tells me to use Rivea seeds from now exclusively since they give an incredible trip and cause no ill side effects.
