Dose - methadone

hi

whats a good dosage for a swimmer who acquired a 40mg tab of methadone, splittable in 4 parts (with a knife more ) ???

he was thinking about starting with 5. he has a lot experience with opioids (he means.. a lot!) but never done that and is just curious but also he doesnt have any (or nearly ..) tolerance right now.

It's always best to start off with less than more. You can always increase the dose if it doesn't work, but once you take too much, you can't go back and decrease it.
He's got to remember also, it can take up to 2 hours to kick in.

10mg will get rid of wd pains, but swiy prob wont get high without 20mgs or more considering opiate experience

B4 swim became an addict swim liked nothing better than getting 20mls of 1mg/1ml mehtadone with a few other swimmers and just buzzing the night away, this was when swim had no opiate tolerence so if swiy tries maybe 10 and then you can always have a bit more if the desired effect isn't reached. Wait at least an hour and half b4 increasing the amount though.
