SWIM thought feeling like she's losing her mind could have something to do with it because SWIM is bipolar and increased sex drive happens in a manic episode. But SWIM can't tell if it has to do with her bipolar or the weed or something else is causing her sex drive to go through the roof. SWIM doesn't exercise much (but she's a healthy weight), she eats regularly, and sometimes takes her sister's Concerta.

SWIM wasn't smoking at all three weeks ago because she was in residential treatment, but once she got out, she started smoking at least once a day and stopped taking her Lithium and Abilify and started taking her sister's Concerta once in a while.

Sounds very bipolar to SWIM. Very common problem with bipolars is promiscuity and insatiable sex drive. Note that this is NOT a good thing... Weed can trigger manic episodes. For SWIM it controls the worst effects associated with them but tends to enhance the hyperactive sex drive. The good news is it is likely to pass and be followed by a normal or lower than normal sex drive phase if it is from a bipolar condition.

SWIM agrees with Natureboy, 17 times in one day really doesn't sound like that much, not even enough to be a nympho. Especially if that is just the high end of the spectrum. It could be the weed, could be SWIY's psyche, could be a combination, or it could be any number of other things.

Phaze doesn't think its a good idea to smoke weed if you already know that you have a mental disorder. He recommends stopping usage immediately.
