Experiences with "Iceolation"

Hey... SWIM is gonna do an iceolation extraction from a bunch of poppy plant-matter.. The simple soaking leaves in water, fltering and drying the filtrate just doesn't cut it... SWIM was would like to hear about other people's experiences with Iceolation.. SWIM think this would be a good thread for other newbies like me to look at and see what the Pros have to say about this teqnique..... Thanks for the imput...
