Gallon challenge

Swim has passed many a drug test using this method. Many times he smoked/snorted/etc. the night before. All tests were administered by either the government or quest diagnostics.

3 hours before the test...
Step 1: Fill gallon jug with water
Step 2: Add ~5g of creatine (increases creatinine levels in urine, too low of a creatinine level = automatic fail due to dilute sample)
Step 3: Take a multivitamin (colors urine, many samples fail due to color)
Step 4: Drink as much water as possible, at a reasonable pace, over the time swiy has until the test. By the time swiy gets there his bladder should feel like it's about to burst. Don't kill swiyself with water intoxication tho plz.
Step 5: Take sample from mid stream
Step 6: Go home and smoke a fatty

Edit: It's not necessary to drink a whole gallon, but one should definitely be well hydrated and full bladdered. Urine should come out as a light yellow color. If it's clear swiy is going to fail for dilute.
