Anyone have any tips/ideas on how to reduce pupil dilation the morning after a roll? SWIM usually has pretty noticable changes to his pupil size the next morning and he also has work the morning after a big event this Saturday. Any ideas? |

Yep, wear color contact lenses, they'll cover the outer edge of your pupils.

I'd be very surprised if anyone notices...
No real practical advice though.. Here's a long shot.. If you eat a couple of grams of Vitamin C, after coming down, and then again on the way to work, that may generally increase the acidity of your belly, and thus expel any MDMA in there / shrink the half life of it / whatever. I think I am rambling random rubbish.. But Vitamin C is a good protecter and useful after a session, anyway ![]() Where's the big event? |

nah, there really isn't much you can do here. i've been scanning the net for a couple of weeks now trying to find the answer to this exact problem; in fact i was just going to post a thread of the same nature! it doesn't seem like you can do anything - dilated eyes do look totally wicked too!! if you're worried about what work will say then just tell 'em you had a rough night, no sleep etc. i doubt anybody will actually say anything though unless you bring it up initially. |

make sure you get plenty of sleep (yeah right
) and do what whatwhybecause says - just blame it on lack of sleep. my pupils get noticably bigger if i havent had any sleep for a few nights. well, i notice it anyway. my mate at uni used to tell me the same thing about his too.

Re: Reducing Pupil Dilation
Dude, nobody at work will ever notice you eyes. Your parents? That's different story because they know you well. Your work? Nobody gives a shit and they are running around like chickens all day to notice something that insignificant.
But IF someone asks whats up with your pupils. Say you went to optometrist and they got your eyes dilated. |
