Either, SWIM smokes with baccy and gets a nice high, but reports in vaious online places indicate some users like it neat. Doses vary. Googling "SPICE GOLD" and reports, or trip reports, or reviews with it, should point you towards further info.

Yup it will work well either way,IMHO for your first time try it mixed with tobacco and then try it unmixed.

Thanks guys. Well SWIM just bought a pre rolled spice joint to try it, which SWIM smoked the other night, she was already stoned before she smoked it, she still felt stoned soooo she's not really sure if it worked or not!

Śpice is quite potent on its own without mixing it any further(i was not aware that kava had effects from smoking?),many people compare the effects to cannibis, there has been speculation that spice may even have a canibinoid analog in it but this is unproven.

Kava is a plant that mmany people use for its seditive effects,theres actually comercial kava drinks and kava ¨bars¨ in some places.

Depends upon where you are in the world. From your location I presume it is UK law we are looking at. The buying and selling of kava or kava containing products in the UK has been banned since 2002.
