Spice reaction?

Hey I'm a complete noob, and basically just wanted some feedback on a Spice Gold reaction. Apologies for any stupid noob behaviour!

I've smoked it a couple of times, and found it to be quite enjoyable. Earlier today I gave my friend some to try, he had around 5 puffs max. 20 mins later and he was feeling rough whilst in the queue in the shop.
As soon as we left the shop, he held on to the wall and his legs just buckled, shopping bags went everywhere and he was shaking on the floor.
He was as white as a sheet, even his lips were just scarily white.
It took him a few seconds to get up, whilst I was panicking thinking should I call am ambulance?! Once he was up he thought he was gonna throw up (but didn't) so we found a seat and sat for about half an hour. Afterwards he just experienced that normal stoned feeling.

He regularly smoked cigarettes, but has only ever smoked MJ once, about 3 years ago.

Just wondering what peoples opinion on this? Why such a bad reaction? Is it common with Spice or is he a lightweight?

Re: Spice reaction?

What did he eat before?
Sounds like he pulled a whitey. That normally is due to a low sugar level.

Re: Spice reaction?

Or low on basically any nutrient. Or already has heart / vascular / blood problems, or were triggered by Spice, or were caused by Spice.

Anyway, Johnnyd doesn't know of any substance abuse that doesn't make you black out, when he finds one he'll let you know, there is no safe way, but there are safer ways of doing it. Taking care of the health extra well might help though. When SWIY does a substance (which they change the body) it would be good to replace the things it changes. Eat more healthier. Drink more water. Goto the doctors regularly. Make sure no mental health conditions exist. Etcetera.
