Diphenhydramine and Caffeine

Well Swim knows that caffeine and diphenhydramine aren't hardcore drugs, but to be precautionary, swim is wondering if this combination is safe, since diphen induces sleep, and caffeine is more of a stimulant.

The doses will be 250mg's of diphen, and maybe... swimdk how much caffeine. apparently it is in a redbull form of some sort... lol
