Valium plus drug test

My friend swim has a slight problem and would like some info. My buddy swim yesterday, got a 10mg valium he keep it under his tongue for a little bit; which I doubt would of did anything for my buddy swim because it is not water soluble. But swim found out about 15 minutes after taking the valium that he had a drug test coming up on monday- which would be 6 days after swim took it. Once swim discovered this swim commenced to gagging his self as to throw up the valium, since it is detectable for awhile. My friend swim said, he pucked up alot, but he is not to sure if he pucked up the valium. Swim also said that he believes that he felt the valium a little bit. Now my question is will it show up on the test monday and what show swim do to help get it out of his system(he already plans on drinking plenty of water). Any help swim would highly appreciate.

Cutoff and Detection Post Dose
Cutoff by immunoassay is 200 ng/ml for benzodiazepine metabolites. This level is sufficient to detect the most common benzodiazepines for 48-72 hours post single dose and as long as a week post dose under some circumstances. GC/MS cutoff levels for the various benzodiazepine metabolites is 100 ng/ml.

Found this online. In the future it's wise to use the forum search engine to look for threads that already contain the answers to one's questions because the amount of information contained on this forum is very extensive.

More information, my friend swim is 5'11" and weighs a 165. I did use the search engine before I posted this, I got alot of info on drug tests relating to valium. All the posts said 7-10 days. Which nothing seemed to be for my friends specific case. They all seemed to say valium is detectable up for 7 days regardless; and I just wanted clarification if that is true.

absolutely, the above information I found was directly related to a single dose of common proportions of a benzodiazepine. Given that Diazepam (valium) is one of the most common prescribed, it's definitely able to be detected.
