what to do when you take to many lortabs 10mg

i took 8 lortab 10 for my back and my head is spinning what do i do

Too late now - but stick a finger down SWIM's throat and vomit. 80mg of hydrocodone won't kill a SWIM - unless SWIM is allergic. So SWIM has probably already done what needs doing - sleep it off. And make SWIM swear to his personal God never to do a hair-brained stunt like that again.
