Dose - Oxycodone/APAP 5mg - 325mg

Due to some recent surgery I've been prescribed 3 30 bottle prescriptions for this. I'm on day 4.. I barely feel any pain, so obviously I'm saving them for recreational use !

I've done a lot of reading on these forums, and I'm aware that I should not exceed 1200mg of APAP (acetaminophen?) in one sitting, but I'm also reading that I (270 pounds) should take about 20MG of Oxycodone to get to where I want to be. Without using the CWE, is it really that risky for someone my size to take 1300mg APAP? should i deffinately use CWE?

I've done it over a thousand times. If it was swim, he'd pop 4 of em without doing a CWE and sit back and get ready to expierence heaven. If your going to eat them all in 2 days (which swim would) I'd defiently do a CWE.

What i wouldn't give to have a script for 3 30 mg perks with no tolerance.

if swim had no prior rec use of oxycodone he would take 2 - 5mg percs and wait 45 mins, and then go from there. better safe than sorry. even one or two too many can really make you feel like complete shit. hmmmm 90 percs

SWIY will be fine with 1300mf of APAP in one sitting. Just do not dose again for a while afterwards. Do not mix with alcohol. listen to SWIvdogg as well; the lower the dose for SWIY to achieve effects, the better. You can always take more, but never less, and for an inexperienced user; SWIY will most likely become very nauseous with that much APAP put into SWIY's system along with that dose of oxycodone. Opioids can very quickly go from being heaven to being a miserable experience of having to lay down and curl up feeling terrible and battling the urge to puke for 3 hours.

if swiy is afraid of a comedown, once you don't feel as good, and know things are comming to an end, take a nap. about 1/2hr later you should be fine, and completely refreshed, and rather energized after being so downed for a while
