Red face ECA (ephedrine/caffeine/asprin) stack - weight loss - advice and experiences needed

23year old/female/14stone9lbs

I am using a ECA (ephedrine/caffeine/asprin) stack:

30mg ephedrine
30mg caffeine
150mg asprin

x2 daily - once when I wake at about 7am and then again at 12noon.

And 4times a week, I take an additional stack 30mins before I go to the gym.

I have been doing this for 2weeks now and have only lost 3lbs. I am eating way less and don't know why I haven't lost more!

This is what I used to eat and what I eat now:

Before:

Breakfast - toasted bagel with peanut butter and jam
Lunch - Sandwich of white bread with something like salami and brie or mixed cheese and mayo
Dinner - pizza or some other takeaway

Now:
Breakfast - ECA stack and black coffee
Lunch - small poached salmon steak with cucumber or a boiled egg or tina of tuna drained of oil
Dinner - a small bowl of rice or a small bowl of cereal

So I don't know what I am doing wrong. In the gym I do about 1.5 or 2 hours on the treadmill/crosstrainer/bike and sit-ups/push-ups/squats and crunches.

Can someone please advise and share experiences they have? I am currently 14 stone 9 lbs and I am looking to lose 3 stone in the next 2months! A bit of a high target I know but I am serious about this! I know it is better to do it slowly and all that but I want to do it now! LOL!

Dosage seems to be okay. But adjusting eating habits and regular physical exercise should be enough for fitness and healthy weight.
BTW, SWIM has never heard about that stone thing, and in his current state of mind unwilling to figure it out. So how much is one stone?

Isn't that enough? Imagine if SWIY would constantly lose weight at that rate for some time how easily she should be ablo to achieve her aim.

Actually eating MORE might help, especially for breakfast. Otherwise SWIY's body might adapt to caloric restriction and slow down certain metabolic esp. katabolic processes.
