Common sage and Thujone

Hey,
Swim has been experimenting with wormwood (artemisia absinthium) in tea form lately but cannot stand the taste anymore. Swim read that Common sage (Salvia officinalis) contains Thujone. Swim is curious if Common Sage contains any significant level of Thujone to be useful in Lucid dreaming. Does Swiy have any experience with this?
