is it potent?
i have read tea is strong, some get sick, some have strong stomachs

some say not a potent strain, some say the country has produced tons of the treat for centuries,

is there value in this plant?

plants very from plant to plant there is not consistacy. One time one strain might be more potent than another other times not. It also depends on where it is grown. Plants in the same strain and batch can vary differently. As long as it is Papaver somniferum it will work. Yes, some Papaver somniferum will most of the time have a higher morphine or codine content it is not always the truth. Yes tea can be very strong so start very small amount one can OD

Are tasmanian worth the extra money?

I have come to the conclusion that 5 grams of pods is a good dose that is not weak and wont kill you

some times tasmanians would be worth it others not. Batches vary and each plant varies. There is no real way to tell until one tries them. If 5 grams does you good sounds like you can answer your question. try 5 grams of another and compare. Even try 5 grams of the same strain grown in a different area, and it most likly will be different.

but 5 grams sounds like a good starting point for any strain

also please do not mention other forums here if you can edit take it out

i did research before doing this thread but could find little, some say how many pods to use nowhere grams,

i looked hard and found that 2 grams of opium can od you and that tasmanians have as little as 15 like the turkish but usually 25 -30 percent

that means that 5 grams will be just under the od range
is this correct?

is it wiser to take 3 or 4, some say they take 8, they must not be tasmanians

that amount could kill you

last batch that swim got was arizona select. it doesn't seem to be that popular. this time swim will get tasmanians med/big. swim will start with 4 pods. maybe they are assorted sizes. so 2 big and 2 mediums. swim doesn't have a powder weight thingee. how many tea spoons for a med and big pod?

Arizona selects are very good. Swim thinks that the "Tasmanian" variety common on auction sites is a marketing gimmick. Swim has tried both and the Tasmanian were more expensive, but not noticeably stronger.

Hiya peeps!
Swim would like to tell her experiences with pod tea. She has been drinking for some months now and is comsuming about 20 to 25 medium to large pods twice a day. Her tolerance is crazy! Swim isnt proud of this fact at all. Anyway she recently heard that tazmanians are supposed to be really potent so ordered 200 large. Now with the pods she has been getting with her tolerance the way it is she feels no more nodding effects or itching, etc. Just normal if you will. So when the new pods came in she went about her usual dosage and prepared around 25 large pods. OMG to her surprise and somewhat fear she started feeling like she did the first time she ever comsumed the stuff. The best nodding effects,pleasantly itching,and very talkative. These pods were fantastic!she was however fearful as time went on it seemed like the experience was getting more intense and moving around started to become nauseating. So all those who wanted to know which pods have the greatest potency? There ya go! Swim will try tapering off though and really doesnt want to be addicted to this stuff anymore. Until then, TAZMANIA CRAZY!
