Adderal for Heroin Withdrawals

Swim is prescribed to adderal and has 5 suboxone pills. What would be the best way to utilize these remedies in order so that I don't feel the withdrawals?

wait 2-3 days for the dope to be out of SWIY's system to the point where the suboxone can be taken; use the adderall sparingly for the first couple of days whenever SWIY feels it
s needed it as SWIY aren't going to be getting any sleep anyways. Just don't binge on the adderall; SWIM suggest 10mg-20mg whenever it gets terrible and make sure SWIY reads these forums for general advice in going through wds.

With the suboxone, take 1 pill on the third day, fourth day take one, fifth day take 1/2, sixth take 1/2, seventh take 1/4, then chuck the rest.

Why not utilize the suboxone for the majority of withdrawal? Is it really addictive?

Suboxone has an antagonist in it, naloxone I believe, that should not go into your body while you still have dope in it or it will kick you into even nastier withdrawals.

Seriously, I don't know why any dr would prescribe adderall for heroin w/d's. I'm not a dr, but I am a healthcare professional and in school to become an R.N. You are going to give yourself a stroke! Swim's boyfriend drank a bunch of coffee and took provigil while going through heroin w/d's and as an effect ending up suffering a minor stroke and a week stay in the hospital. Reason being, when you go into w/d's your blood pressure goes WAY up and the adderall will make it go even higher and it could seriously even kill you. I know you probably have no energy, but you should try some b vitamins instead. Swim has found them to be very helpful!
