Man, something is not right and it could be several things but it looks like the heart is being challenged or disrupted during the time you are describing. Not giving medical advice as I am not qualified, but have seen that type of swelling involving individuals doing the same thing. You need to get your kidney, heart and liver checked ASAP!!


If your worried about test exposing your usage, stay free a few days and go...But admitting an "occassional" (hint) ski trip to a Doctor is no big deal compared to the 6 foot under experience potentially staring in your face.
