Side effects - Ecstasy + Cannabis = Lasting Paranoia in swim?

Swim has a question that his pet Dino asked him. Dino now is very paranoid when smoking cannabis or thizzing. Dino used to be paranoid when first smoking cannabis, but before he quit in november, he was regularing in his friends(This friend should not be confused with the other people below.) car high. Before Dino quit, he was smoking out of a pipe while friend was driving around town, be it on the freeway, backroads, whatever. Dino would smoke blunts and not be paranoid one bit(although he was when he first started).

Dino was even driving downtown in a different city(sober) at 3 in the morning(breaking curfew...again) with a friend coming back from a party. He was speeding(~33 in a 25), only person really on the road other than about five cops. Dino saw the cops, slowed down and kept driving without another thought in his mind. Dino started smoking again about a month and a half before he first tried ecstasy and would drive around all the time as long as he had eye drops and glasses and was not paranoid about anything.

First time SWIM's dinosaur tried Ecstasy ((MDA + Caffeine)x2), swim was having a blast and near the end of the roll(or so swim would have thought, it was very roller coaster ride high) Dino decided to smoke some bud. Dino took a hit out of a sharpshooter(no screen and it was all shake), which made Dino cough like he was going to throw-up. Dino managed to take a gulp of water which stopped the reflex. Dino's friend, A, needed to go home. Dino was too paranoid about driving and felt he was too imparied to drive so Dino's friend, H, said he would take A home. H had smoked a bowl or so and H was Dino's new friend at the time.(to clarify, Dino was the only one rolling)

All three got in H's car(around 11:30pm at night and all of the group was under 18 at the time, so they were breaking curfew and cops here love to pull over people for no reason at all) and went to take A home. On the way to A's house, Dino started to trip out(was sitting in the back seat) hard. He would see the streetlights reflect in the mirrors and it appeared to Dino that they were headlights. Dino was in a land of extreme paranoia. Then, when we were around 1 mile from A's house, it looked as if we had cop lights flashing at us. A saw this two and both of us were like OMFG. A and Dino both told H to pull over(H was about to turn), H was about to pull over when he looked back and said it was nothing. Since Dino and A both saw the police lights and didn't see a cop car, they assumed it was some meany who had fake cop lights.

When we neared A's house(~11:45, H had taken back routes and was driving slow), I thought I saw a parked cop SUV around 1 house away from As. It ended up being a explorer with roof racks. All the will Dino told H, that there is a cop car next door. H drove by and was like it is just an explorer. Then on the way back, Dino kept seeing the streetlights as headlights in the rearview, so Dino laid back and tried to meditate. This helped a little but the trip felt like it took days.

Once inside H's house, Dino and H went to bed. Dino had a mindset that somebody had reported him H's car as driving erratic(maybe it had to do with the fake cop lights which gave swim extreme paranoia). Dino could not go to sleep(which he later read had to do with dopamine and seratonin after a roll). Dino was sleeping on H's floor and the bedroom door was about halfway open. Dino was trying to calm himself down when H's sister came home(Dino saw the headlights go through the blinds in H's room). H's sister and her boyfriend were talking quite a lot. Which made Dino think that maybe it was the cops and H's sister talking and Dino was going to be SCREWED. Then it looked as if a woman came to H's door and mumbled something back to the living room that she wanted to talk to both of us later(it appeared to Dino that this woman was a cop because she looked to be wearing leg straps as all cops here wear those and it appeared to be in a police uniform).

Dino was deadset that the cops had come to H's house and that he had to remain faking sleeping so the cops would not talk to Dino.

Dino was laying back and looking at the ceiling, it appeared to be in pyramid segments(3d pyramids, similar to maya pyramids with the layers and flat tops), they were green with a purple shadow. If Dino looked at them long enough, the top of each of the layers would appear to move around. Then Dino remembers "watching" a movie on the wall, it appeared to be almost like cave drawlings and lyon king animated and sh##. Dino then tries to meditate which calms him down some and but Dino at the time was convinced there was meth in the pill because he was sooo hyper when rolling(Dino is now convinced it has to do with the music as Dino saved 1 pill from that trip and was in a depressed completely empathic mood). All the while he kept hearing people whisper(H's sister and her boyfriend) and needed to use the bathroom VERY VERY VERY badly, but dino was still convinced it was the police. Finally Dino slipped out of the room and went to the bathroom. He then checked the living room and was convinced the cops had not come. Finally he was able to go to sleep and woke up feeling strange and very thankful that the cops did not come.

Now when dino smokes and is in a car with H, he is paranoid to a medium degree. Then again, Dino and H are generally out past curfew and H is driving. Wheno Dino drives, he is very cautious but is only lightly paranoid, checking mirrors every so often to see if a cruiser is nearby. Also, when Dino did one of the same kind of pills, he decided to jump into the community pool(around midnight). When he came back up for air, he saw a bright street light and assumed it was a car or someone with a flashlight. Dino then calmed himself down and made him ignore all of the lights in the area.

OVERALL: What should Dino do to prevent the paranoia? Dino used to be paranoid when home alone late at night, he would think he saw a shadow or something move when it was only his mind(he was not full on scared of the dark, and infact actually finds it comforting at times, but he wouldn't like to go into a dark room alone if he heard something creak up there). Dino had been suffering from this for many years off and on.


More information:

Dino tried around 70 Morning glory seeds(probably had no real effects) at night. When he thought he saw something strange or like a pale object outside, instead of ignoring it, he confronted it only to see it was part of Dino's backyard white brick fence. Dino had cured most of his "fear" of the dark and was not paranoid when home alone). Dino then tried meditating in his room while it was very dark and Dino's eyes ajusted and he realized that wow, there is nothing to be afraid of and completly cured his fear.
