Flavoured Extracts?

What do people here know about the flavoured extracts?

They have been advertised in strengths of up to 60x, but are they actually as high as they say they are. The prices even seem to be lower sometimes than the non-flavoured equivalent.

Should SWIM be suspicious, or are they useful?
