Swim is thinking...
dxm + marijuana + salvia + tobacco + caffeine
Any objections? Sounds pretty mild to swim.

SWIM is advised to chop out the caffeine. DXM is a powerful cardio-stimulant. Don't let SWIM invite a coronary.

never felt the need for caffeine, doesnt do much good in swim opinion except get the heart rate up too high, swim would replace the caffeine with something better... Mushrooms!
