Do I have the right equipment?

Hiya,

I have a small bottle of salvia extract from everyonedoesit.com, it's 5x thingy. I also have a wooden pipe and a windproof lighter (the one with the green flame not a jet one)

here's a photo of what I have

Am I able to smoke it with what I have or is there anything else I need? Also do you put the tin foil into the pipe and the salvia in that like a bong?

I'm sorry if this is a repeat question but I couldn't find the information anywhere else!
