Question: drug test on court date?
Swim was recently arrested in Hammond Indiana for possession of about 2 grams of marijuana. His court date is next month and is in Hammond City Court, not Lake County court.
What I was wondering was if he would have to take a drug test on his court date. His lawyer said its a possibility but was not sure. He's ot being put on probation, just a defferal program. Can anybody give me some advice? Thankyou Last edited by Heretic.Ape.; 31-05-2008 at 17:31.
