Culture - Thinking of opening a smoke shop, any advice?

So I am planning on opening a shop in my local area or where ever I can find that is a good location. I am in the process of trying to find a good wholesale glass pipe seller, also other pipe accessories. I do have a few ideas that will make this place a unique enjoyable experience. First I want to have a custom glass blower on site maybe start off once a month or have one of my blowing friends full time. Second I want to have a used book section with a seating area to chill read a book smoke a hookah maybe little tea shopish area too (I know just about everything there is to know about tea). Also want to have an extensive ethnobotanical section which is something places around here lack, they carry the purple sticky line of products and thats about it. oh and last I have already found a tattoo piercing artist that has all of their own equip. The only thing I am lacking right now is the capital.

I will post more ideas as I get them.

So what do you all think, I plan on taking some business courses at local county college, also have some friends that know the industry pretty well.

Any advice is welcome.
