Starting Salvia Divinorum advice.

Ok, so im thinking about starting with salvia divinorum - because:
A) its legal
B) inexpensive
C) the high doesnt last long (susposively)

So if i was to start with this drug how would i go about it
where would i be able to buy this - aka trusted websites, shops etc.
How would i smoke it - via bong, rizzler, etc
How much to smoke (differ on dose x aka 5x etc)

Thanks, that is all. I would like to know this, as all ive read about this drug as a positive, short lasting, 'enlightening' and with no side affects.
