USA - Charged with planted evidence?

Swim is wondering if anyone has ever had something like this happen to them? Let me tell you about something that happen to SWIM and a couple of his buddies. It started out as a car road trip to North Carolina from Florida. The day of the trip SWIM cleaned his car obsessively like he always does. ( SWIM cleans his car with detail because it is brand new and he takes care of things he owns and pays for.) After detailing his car, cleaning it top to bottom making sure there was no illegal contraband, other then what he knew about.

He picked..lets call them JOE and Krystal.. to start there road trip. They decided they wanted some weed and alcohol. Swim called his guy and picked up a half ounce for the trip and a bottle of captain morgan. We Smoked most of it on the way, Using the only tool we had a pyrex bowl. When we got to North carolina and to our destination we stayed, chilled, ate at a bunch of different restaurants over the weekend.

The day had come we had to go back, We packed up everything, Swim again cleaned the car out for the way back. With us we had about an eight of weed left and some 2mg xanax we had acquired in NC. By the time we got out of NC our weed was gone, leaving nothing but a pyrex in the car. Swim was eager to get home so he was speeding 90 in a 60 in some Hick town of South Carolina. When he noticed a state trooper in the median radaring, Knowing he was going to get pulled. Swim took the xanax and dropped them in a half empty soda can. Swim stops the vehicle and is approached by the trooper. Swim is asked to step out immediately and provide license and registration. The trooper asked is there anything illegal on your persons or in the vehicle, Swim said NO, lol.

The trooper never asked to search the vehicle, she called for a backup and made me sit on her hood while she went back to my car and was asking question to my buddies. Backup arrives and everyone is asked to get out of the car. The backup started to search everyone and found my pyrex, He then placed me in handcuffs while his partner was already searching the vehicle before they found the pyrex. My good friend told the officer (don't know why maybe swim has really nice friends) that the shorts swim was wearing was actually his and so was the pyrex. (Which wasen't true)

The officer kept searching the car tearing through everything in swims nice clean car that had nothing illegal in it except for wat was in his shorts, the pyrex.
She comes back to us and says look what I found, She said she found a very small roach under the passenger seat and showed it to me. This wasen't in there prior to the search and swim knew this because he is a overly obsessive compulsive when it comes to the cleanliness of his vehicle. (Which im sure a lot of you guys are too).

Swim's friend was then charged with possession of paraphernalia and a controlled substance, And was issued 2 $1000 citations, Along with a very expensive speeding ticket and we were let go. Swim knows 110% that it was planted, because she couldn't find anything other then the pyrex, During her search she was like im going to get the dog, tell me what you got, Swim was pretty pissed about the whole situation and thinks that what happens is a regular occurence, and is pretty fucked up thing to plant a roach on some kids to make yourself look better to your department. The partner cop was actually pretty cool, While swim was handcuffed he was asking me if i like to pass the bowl around at breakfast while I eat my fruity pepples, He was actually talking to me like regular person and swim believes if he would of pulled me over, there wouldnt of been planted evidence. Has anything like this happen to any of you swimmers!
