Serotonin Receptors (2008)

A new entry has been added to Drugs Archive

Description:
Chemical Reviews 2008, 108, 1614–1641

David E. Nichols, and Charles D. Nichols

An extremely complicated (to my mind) overview of serotonin receptors. Looks at discovery of the receptor, classification, and interaction with various other substances

Nichols then argues that G protein coupled receptors are one of the most important classes of therapeutic target
