Ofcourse this combo is possible!Swim has used it with success many times.It got to the point where swim could almost taste cannabis resin when he swallowed a methadone biscuit.

I might be the only one who doesnt like the combo. I feel like cannabis, for me, over powers the effects of opiates.

My cat mixes the two all the time. He feels like alcohol overwhelms the opiate experience too.

with pain killers, pot is a great booster, with only 2-5 hits needed, but it doesnt work all that well with opium. or maby it was swim focusing on the new opium experience so much he didnt even notice the weed.

Swim uses it for detox of Opiates ( hydrocodone ) and Opioid Potentiating... Swim thinks its the best combo out there.

Swim thinks that MJ has allot of Opiate Effective Properties that some don't even know of.

swim knows that opiates and MJ are one of the most common combos out there.

however MJ can have some stimulant properties and thats why there is a raise in heart rate when smoking. however opiates would be considered a depressant lowering the heart beat. could this possibly cause some type of heart problem? like a realy weak form of a speedball. cause it seems like the effects would be too miniscule to cause a problem or worry.

In regards to heart irregularities, I would think that the risk is minimal granted we're discussing responsible opiate dosing here. SWIM enjoys the combo although he doesn't dabble in opiates often. Enough pot seems to produce an opiate-like effect in itself, especially the following morning's "stone-over".

the only problem with the combo would be if you get paranoid of pot, it'll destroy the whole concept of opiates in the first place.
