My first time on salvia divinorum

Hey I tried salvia for the first time yesterday evening and thought I'd let everyone know about my first experience with it.



I was with a friend yesterday who I hadn't seen in about a year we
picked up some weed and had a smoke then we decided to go back to his
house because he had a few beers in the fridge. When we got there we
cracked open a can and he remembered he had a small bit of salvia. I
remembered wanting to try it a while back and I'm quite experienced
with magic mushrooms so I thought why not...



We decided I would go first as it was my first time, I was pretty
excited about doing it. My friend loaded up his bong and I proceeded to
take two hits. After the second hit I wasn't really feeling much so I
decided to accept his offer of one more.. After the third hit (holding
it in for about 30 seconds) I sat down on the nearest sofa..



I felt the effects as soon as I sat down, all I can recall saying is
"Damn, this is pretty good" I then started thinking how damn strong it
was, it was reminding me of the first time I did shrooms, it was like I
was going back and forward in time. I remember trying to communicate
with my friend, but instead seeing something which I can only describe
as "radio signals" go towards him. I also noticed massive
disorientation of space, at one point my friend seemed to be miles away
from me, it felt like I was in a cave and he was at the entrance, all I
can remember is after this is trying to crawl towards him with little
success. After awhile I gave up and watched the tv, this was also
pretty cool, at times it felt like I was inside the program I was
watching which was simply amazing, I've had an experience on shrooms
where it seemed like the people on tv were inside the room with me but
nothing like this!



When I came back to "reality" I was sitting on the floor at the other
side of the room. Man all I can say is salvia is amazing! I'll probably
do it again this weekend but I don't wanna do it as much as I did
shrooms back in the day (something like twice a week hehe). I'd
definitly recomend salvia to anyone as long as your sensible, and have
an open mind towards this kind of stuff.

I am very glad that you enjoyed this wonderful plant. Hopefully, it
will stay legal long enough for many other people to see how truely
great and amazing Salvia is. It really opens up the mind as i think you
have allready learned.



Just curious though, what power was it? Was it straight leaf, 5x, 10x,
15x, 20x, or what? Mostly, i have never had trips that were as extreme
as what you described. I would like to know so i could feel the same way. Peace.

As far as I'm awhere it was 15x extract, I'm sure the strength of my
trip was also down to the fact that we had been smoking weed for a few
hours before. Weed seems to be a very good catalyst when using other
drugs, specifically shrooms.

Yes. Mixing marijaua with other drugs is a great combination. Except
with alcholol, then the drunkness overrides the high and you just feel
like shit. Not reccommended.



Smoking salvia and drinking alcholol however lengthens the trip... or
so i have been told. Dont get piss drunk and do it however. Perhaps 2
or 3 shots and then a couple bong rips of salvia extract would do the
trick.



With Marijuana, the trip wasnt enhanced or lengthened, it just felt
better. None of that crap involving gravity dislocations and stuff.
Plus the come down was really smoothing instead of just a strange head
rush and then instant reality. Definately reccommended to get high
before you begin salvia. Peace

Tripped again this weekend, however this time I had some 6x salvia. I
introduced another friend to it. We both had a pretty good time, it
obviously wasn't as intense as my first time due to the lower extract.
Still amazing though, I was sitting on a sofa in my room and felt like
I was actually standing in a canyon with my sofa and my friend standing
next to me. The tv seemed to be in the sky and I really felt like a kid
again! I wanted to walk towards the TV in the sky until I realized I
was just tripping and probably shouldn't, I sat on the floor and felt
like I was in the original super mario bros game!



All in all, a real positive experience!
