Tarsiercoma is an unknown quantity at this point

Lately, I have been using a lot of hydromorphone, and this has happend to me on other opiates as well. I will be in the process of smoking a cigarette and I begin to get clammy, light headed and somewhat nauseaus.(sp) But after I'm done or I end up putting the cig out,I feel fine. Anybody have any idea what could be affecting me. Thanks.
