Capsules or tablets?

Swim tried a search for the answers hes looking for but the search yielded no results that swim could use and appologises if its covered before.


When using CWE what would be best to use capsules or tablets? swim heard else where capsules would be better but just wanted some other opinions.

Would swim be correct assuming if you could seperate the capsual and empty the contents the water absorbtion would be more efficiant? - Cheers

yes and also there is a less likelyhood of other "fillers" in the capsules that are needed for example to hold tablets together.. SWIY will have very good results with these when doing CWE! (unless its a strange product that contains something SWIM doesnt know)

The only difference between pill or powder, if we are speaking of pharmaceutical products, is the consistency. A pill needs to be ground to a powder - if in a hurry - whereas a capsule is already a powder. If it's a real product, they are pure enough to do a CWE with no difference in the CWE doing it's job - keeping SWIM in better form than overdosing on acetaminophen.

A few lessons in chemistry is always a good thing to tuck under one's belt.

The difference I think between the two is that the binders in the pills clog up the filters, whereas the capsules seem to lack them, they filter far easier

thats also SWIMs experience..
a lot more "complaints" or not-so-well results with tablets, whereas unheard of for SWIM with capsules
