Making small batch of meth

Swim has never made Meth before. However swim will one of these days.

Swim would like to make a small batch. Possibly 5 grams?

However Swim knows nothing on how to make meth an all the methods. This person I know who wants to make meth has told me he cannot find any good recipes on the internet. So Swim asked me to ask you guys.

What are all the essential items needed to make this substance, an whats the safest method to make it on a limited budget (under $300).

Safety is more important to swim than actual size of the batch, however, a good big batch would be nice too!

So please help swim learn the basics methods making Meth at home.
