first time with ecstasy

so SWIM had a question that i couldnt answer today. he really wants to pop a X but no one will do it with him. anyway SWIM was asking if it is fun by himself? is it more fun if you have other ppl with you? and how many pills would he need to take.

he sgould definetly do it with other people. from what swim knows thats the point of the experience that MDMA provides. if he was alone he would be energetic and not knowing what to do with himself. plus that he would probably want people around him for his first time and so that he can feel connected to them.

Often what is treasured with the MDMA experience is the empathy and love for others, hence why it feels so awesome done with a small group of friends cuddling or on a night out in a club because there is a uniform 'Oneness' that people love. I do feel for you, SWIF once asked the exact same question almost 3 years ago now on this forum, SWIF waited for friends and I would advice SWIYou to do the same. It'll be worth it in the long run and the relationships formed between two users of such a great substance can be monumental.

While it is generally advisable to have "ground-control" present whenever one tries a new psychotropic substance, this doesn't mean it should be done in a social setting. Having a trusted friend, preferably who has done MDMA before, is a good idea - but going to a club, or party, is not.

Wait until SWIM has his "sea-legs" before embarking on a public-tour.

I agree with Panthers, but SWIM know lots of people who went to rave on X bythemselves. SWIM and his group of friends always invites them to join them, and they had met lots of wonderfull people that way.
SWIM's first time wasn't with experienced users, and coincidentally he didn't had a great time as he later had, when met more experienced ppl. He always makes sure he rolls with open and friendly people.

SWIM thinks that it's best to have people around for the first few times at least.

SWIM has used by himself on a couple of occasions for insight into his own mind, the only company was happyhardcore.

However what RaverHippie said could prove true "SWIY will inevitably seek out company if SWIY dropped alone" because as the peak wore off SWIM went round to a mates and then got a phone call from a girl friend in the early hours and couldn't wait to go see her.

Easily better with good friends and good music... can't think of a better situation or feeling in the world to be honest.

sounds really cool. SWIM has researched ecstasy for like 2 years, but never gets anyone to take it with him. i guess he is gonna try harder now.

It is in my opinion not to try anything for the first time alone because you will not know how your body will react to something until after you have taken it. SWIM knows someone who has taken E many times in there day then one day took it and experienced a whole different high then ever before. An extremely intense high where SWIM seriously thought that they were going to die. Because SWIM had friends around at that time...there friends talked them threw it and after about 15 mins the high returned to the normal E high that they were use too. Not to mention the small little fact that it is really no fun dancing alone, lol.

I would imagine that SWIM might be dealing with different pills/powders/ etc.
This is how 'urban legends' surface and send kids to hospitals. Two pills of identical logo, size, etc. - can vary widely in terms of what they may/not contain. This is a fault of the "Drug War," and will be one until re-legalization have come to pass.

Bottom Line: Tell SWIM to seek pure MDMA crystal and buy a scale.

offcourse it's going to depend on the kind of X swim is going to have, wether he will like it on his own or not.. if swim has like the social X which will get him to want to talk with everybody then swim will probably feel irritated about not being able to talk to aynone..

SWIM will end up doing all humanly possible he/she can too meet/see with freinds/family/anyone that he can make contact with. It will be similar too being pulled into a strong rip somewhere deep in the middle of the ocean....you just can't swim against the current of it, so to say!Hope it is a wonderful expirience for you when the time comes!
