Parachuting Cacti (Help)

Ive read some things on here and other places about parachuting dried cactus or powder and such. I understand it means putting the material in toilet paper, wrapping it up and just swallowing it? Could someone tell me if thats correct and perhaps explain an easy way to do this, as swallowing toilet paper doesnt sound very easy. Thanks!
