mdxx is not actually a drug, it's a term used to describe the methylendioxy- family of drugs, mainly mdma, mda, mdea.
Most would say that MDA has a trippier, speedier side to it. MDMA has that loving empathogenic quality and MDEA is a lot like MDMA but not quite as strong. Erowid.org has many experience reports on all 3 substances which should give you a better idea of what each can do. Swims personal favorite is to combine about 60mg of MDMA and 60mg of MDA, for a loving and trippy night
