How hard are the effects to hide?

A person who is not me is planning on taking ecstasy for the first time this saturday.
I was wondering how hard the effects are to hide.
Is it easy to hold out a regular conversation without sounding 'funny', etc?

If so, how long until you reach a point where you appear 'normal'?
and how long until your eyes appear normal?

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

It all really is dependent on the dosage, way in which Swiy is affected, and how well Swiy hides other compounds of recreation. If Swiy has to spend the evening for the family dinner at grandma's house where they usually place scrabble for a few hours afterward... Swibf would recommend you not drop any MDMA before attending if Swiy doesn't want their family to know, otherwise full steam ahead.

Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

You'll be gurning.

Your pupils will be massively dilated.

You'll be talking a lot of bollocks.

You'll be loved up.

In short, it'll be incredibly obvious that you're on magic.

Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

it realy depends on the dose. if it a light-medium dose than swim would think it would be pretty easy other than the pupils.

if it was a larger dose however it would probably be much harder to hide.

Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

It's really not worth doing if you're in a situation where you would have to hide it. It's a lot more fun if you're somewhere where nobody cares if you're on it and you can chat shit and dance around all you like. Save it for a time like that, not somewhere where you're gonna have to be constantly worrying about hiding it, it will detract from the experience a lot. Plus you won't be able to hide it anyway it's well obvious that you are on something

Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

These empathogens are pretty easy to hide as long as swiY knows what she is hiding. One can be rolling hardcore and look completely normal to another with some practice.

SwiY's pupils are likely to dilate. She can try looking in bright lights to see if it helps a little before being too much around such people. Also, the best way to do it is to be in the dark when around such people - if swiY's pupils are dilated she could blame it on the light - if the other person could see anyways.

SwiY will likely feel happy and in a good mood. However, speech is damn-near normal and actions are likewise. It is likely that your --enhanced-- ability to think, act and speak well that would give it off. SwiY should try to act as normal as possible. Note that she probably will not be hungry and eating will be a daunting task most times.

She shouldn't look as happy as she feels basically.

Btw the experience is so much better when swiY does it away from authority figures and with close friends

Addition:
Another note -- it is very hard to hide the fact swiY is rolling to another person who rolls. So if swiY's best friend Becky is a raver and swiY is rolling, Becky is going to know

Abandon ship - help SWIM find an environment to occupy for any powerful substance experiments. Comfortable. Secure. Safe. One's first experience with entactogens is a very special part of life. Don't let SWIM throw a wet towel on the fire that will launch from SWIM's soul during this time.

noted and agreed with, if one wishes to hide it, they shouldn't be on it.

Don't try and hide it, you won't be able to!

Also, you shouldn't do it in an environment where you have to hide it.

I second this statement!

Whilst it is possible to hide (although not easily) after you have experienced it a few times, those first couple of times I would expect to be very obvious.

Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

Most of swims friends cant even tell the difference between swim on E and swim on Alc. Therefore I always pretend to be drunk, and usually say so. If on the otherhand you are with people familiar to E then I guess you would have to dose it low and concentrate on acting normal. This however in swims eyes would inhibit the rolling experiance and is therefore not advised. Usualy Swim doesnt care if ppl know hes high...

Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

My friend Gurner who is quite experienced with MDMA, finds that he can and has on several occasions managed to ingest MDMA without others guessing that he had taken the drug, although friends have picked up that he was more open, chatty, receptive and empathetic than normal. This was put down to alcohol. Gurner finds others are less likely to notice if they are drinking.

Sometimes, Gurner prefers others not knowing he is on ecstasy, if they aren't taking any, because if they knew they would treat him differently and perhaps be less receptive to conversing with him as normal. He also finds talking to sober people can be extremely rewarding and he can develop a powerful empathetic connection with them despite their sober state.

If it is your first time I would think it would be very difficult to the hide the effects, which you will probably find overwhelming (overwhelmingly good, in all likelihood, but still ...), if the quality of the product is good.

Cool Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

depending on the person and how hard you are rolling.....for first time users you shouldnt put yourself in a position where you would need to hide it....not only will it kill your high but you might not know how to control it until after a couple of times.....i can tell you that while on E people tend to develope the "Jack Sparrow" walk....and once you have that........well.........you will have to try real hard to make people believe that there isnt "something" wrong with you. However, around a group of people that are all cool with it.......you will have the time of your life.

Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

I JUST saw that its SWIYs first time. It would be very unsmart to try and hide the effects on your first time. Choose a free, relaxing and farmiliar environment for the first time and make sure you dont have anything to do the next day!
If that is all given you should have the best time of your life.
Have fun!

Agreed. Along with all the other things mentioned, SWIY's eyes will also be rolling in the back of his head.

Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

It depends on a lot of things. Chief Brown Bear can hide it pretty easily. He's conversed with friends parents a couple of times. SWIY might talk really fast, dilated pupils, SWIY might talk about nothing forever. Brown Bear doesn't recommend doing it in a place that makes it necessary to hide the effects of those little magic pills

Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

Seriously listen to these Swimmers. Because most of SWIM's friends got tired of his drug use only because they felt bad about theirs or stopped their use SWIM would totally tone down his roll or nice uhhh...SWIM doesnt have the words to describe being yacked the fuck out right now.. and it really does suck. That's what really made SWIM choose wisely as to when he will partake in these activities. If it's SWIY first time wait until you have an entire night to be free and uninhibited. SWIY won't regret it!

Re: How hard are the effects to hide?

my buddy had a friend coming over to see him one day, well he forgot about her showing up that night and he ended up popping some buddas. when she showed up about 2 hours after he started rolling, he was lets say extra happy to see her lol. i dont think she knew what was going on. shes not into anything other than herb. so its possible just depends on the person, dose, time, and how they can act around them...

Lol I know what you mean I have noticed the same thing, there is a very particular facial expression that people often seem to have when they're on MDMA...eyebrows raised in a kind of dazed-looking way, eyes half shut, slightly protruding jaw...can tell it from a mile off haha

Swim says he can spot someone a mile away who is on ecstasy. If someone was not familiar with the drug, they probably would not guess that you are on ecstasy but they would definitely be able to tell that you are fucked up on something.
