Bongs - Which kind of Bong?

Ok so swim smoked hash and salvia out of this little 15cm bong that he has and was just wandering what would the difference be if he used say and 35cm bong? Would he get higher? Get high quicker? Would it be easier to inhale?

Swim finds that the bigger the bong, the higher you get, but for Salvia, just make sure you are using a torch lighter and either one should work just fine.
