Tylenol Cold
I took 1 Tablespoon of tylenol cold that containts dextro.. (dxm) about 2 and half hours ago... is it safe to use a stimulant now?

10mg would effectively equate to nothing in both side-effects and potential interaction with other compounds. Unless Swiy is a lab rat..?

10mg of Dextromethorphan is next to nothing so using any other substance is perfectly fine.

Other than an MAOI theres nothing to worry about, even at 10mg this probably wouldn't present much of an issue. Also if Swiy were on an MAOI they'd likely be abundantly away of the deadly interactions considering they are more likely to be a the ward of the state as a resident of an asylum than any where else.
