Different oxycodone salts

Swim looks up the prescribing information for brand-name Percodan in the US (Oxycodone/Aspirin combo product). In the US, this has been largely replaced by Percocet (...with acetaminophen, or "APAP") or the same with ibuprofen, etc, usually coming in strengths of 5, 7.5, and 10. Swim sees something interesting...

PERCODAN active ingredients:
Oxycodone hydrochloride 4.5mg
Oxycodone terapthelate 0.38mg
Aspirin, 325mg

PERCODAN-DEMI (for kids)
Hcl 2.25mg
Tera .19mg
Aspirin 325mg

TYLOX
Hcl 4.5mg
Tera .38mg
APAP 500mg

PERCOCET
Hcl 5mg
APAP 325mg

What the hell is Oxycodone Terapthelate? Note that present day products (APAP/Ibuprofen) contain 5mg Hcl, and no terapthelate. Swim just doesn't understand why it would be added in such a low amount, not even seeming significant, and why today they don't. This has bugged Swim for a long time.

Can anyone shed some light on this? Swim has never been able to get a straight answer.
