Scientifically, girls get affected stronger than men. There are scientific reports posted in this forum and in the archive showing this trend. I'm assuming in the girl in question's experience, body chemistry and variable effects from person to person were the main factor.

SWIM had this happen twice. Once the girl was moaning and getting worried as SWIM and his friend were really fucked and she felt nothing. After she relaxed and waited she was just as fucked as they were. On the other occasion the girl wasn't really in the mood for pills and did one anyway.
