25mcg Fentanyl patch

swim was offerd some 25 microgram fentanyl patches, swim knows nothing of Fentanyl dosage and what is good for a recreational high, how many patches at this dosage?

The Monoxide Child added 157 Minutes and 49 Seconds later...

swim means 2.55mg patch 25mcg per hour for 72 hours... also best way to do them?
