Renting a room in a house with a grow-room
A friend of a friend is looking to rent a room in a house sometime soon, and tells me that one of the people currently renting the house has 10 cannabis plants growing in the attic. Does anybody know if there would be a possibility of this FOAF coming into legal trouble if these plants were discovered by the authorities, even if he said he was just renting a room in the house and knew nothing about this grow-room? (This is in the UK)
